2) Functional elaboration

 

Observation unit: Through high-definition camera, the lens acquisition image is presented on the display for coarse adjustment. The lens design is 360 degree adjustable and suitable for different angle observation devices.

 

FA Adjustment Unit: The cylinder is used for fast forward and backward positioning to facilitate quick clamping. 特殊的夹具设计保证装夹FA安全性，最大程度方便点胶固化。

 

Coupling Unit: Fast clamp is used to clamp optical module. It is easy to clamp and has the greatest stability. The fixing mode of test plate is designed skillfully to improve the coupling efficiency to the greatest extent.

 

Curing adjustment unit: multiple curing light sources are clamped to achieve three-dimensional adjustable lamp holder, which is suitable for different irradiation distances and compression of curing market.
