The six-dimensional adjustment frame adds a goniometer mount (θz) to the manual adjustment frame (XYZ)
and the angle adjustment frame (θxθy). It is most suitable for the adjustment frame of multi-core device for
core adjustment, which needs to adjust the corresponding rotation direction of optical axis such as optical
fiber array and optical waveguide. An internal angle type is also available for the clamp assembly of the optical
splitter coupling and the CSM device for pitch adjustment.
