A new generation of manual coupling system for planar optical waveguide (PLC) shunt packaging developed by Futansi (Shanghai) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has the advantages of small size, high precision, simple operation and high cost performance. The precision linear displacement table is adopted in the system. The cross ball bearing is used in the design of the equipment, which ensures the high accuracy, weight bearing and long life of the whole system.
 
All fixtures used in the system are independently developed and designed by our company. In terms of device fixtures, Fiber array chip fixtures are made of high quality stainless steel materials to provide good mechanical and temperature stability. A high precision touch sensor is mounted on the optical fiber array clamp at the incident emitter to provide precise control feedback signal of the glue layer spacing. High precision motion platform and actuator can achieve high accuracy and repeatability of waveguide coupling. We provide: free installation, calibration, commissioning. Two days of free training on PLC coupling related knowledge and system operation.
